Trying to remove wooden floor near edge of map but cannot

Thank you for the bug report. This is a known issue that has already been reported (the threads are easy to find with the search tool), and according to the Mantis it should be fixed for A16. Therefore I shall close this thread as a duplicate, and due to it being a resolved bug.
