Difference between animal spot/box/bed?

I havent found any info on this. Is there any difference between these?

Spot - rest place for any size animal, does not give any bonuses to rest or infection resistance.
Box- suet only for small animals, provide some bonus to rest and resistance.
Bed- work for all size animals, provide best bonuses.
