Wall upgrade

Does anyone remember the name of the mod that allows you to upgrade walls to better ones without destroying them first ?

I am searching mods for an hour now I know I saw it somewhere....does anyone know the name ?

There is a mod in steam called JTReplaceWalls that lets you put walls/doors on other walls/doors/rocks, but they are set first to deconstruct/mine, then to build. The same as you would do but automated instead.
