Game doesn't open on primary screen

It just opens on the first monitor.. as my 1st monitor is turned portrait it only lists the portrait resolutions..

Add option to chose which screen to start on.

It is normal for anything made from engine unity try playing fallout shelter same thing will happen

Change it to run in Windowed (rather than Fullscreen).  Drag it to the primary monitor.  (You may need to exit & restart at this point.)  Then change it back to fullscreen.  Should fix it for ya.  If not, let us know what operating system you have.

if that doesn't work, try searching your gfx driver tools package for an option to display a specific game on a specific monitor.
