Mod Idea: Hydroponic Bills

Had an idea for a mod, not sure if someone has already done something like this.

I thought it would be cool to be able to add bills to the hydroponic basins so that your settlers could change what they are growing automatically depending on what bills you have on the basins.

maybe more interested modders would take a look here if you'd give your thread a more detailed title, such as "mod idea: hydroponics bills"
just "mod idea" could be anything, and most things have already been here, and been suggested more than once.
