Eye Patches Require medicine to install?

I have a character with a freshly torn out eye but its for some reason needing medicine to put it on him, I am using the EPOE mod, so that might be the issue. I was not sure if this topic should be in bugs or not but was just question why its the way it is.

I would ask this in the Mods section of the forum; eyepatches aren't in the vanilla game and thus falls under a mod question. (More specifically, a question for the mod's creator. I'd suggest contacting him on Steam instead.)

Install an eye patch is a medical opertation in the game, and any medical operation require medicine, that is a gameplay issue.

Yes the eye patch is basicly an appearel, but that wouldn't have the same "medical" effect like an eye patch implant.

Cleaning out the cavity requires sterile procedure. I strongly recommend medical treatment for those torn out eyeballs.
