Installing and selling sculptures

I've got a sculpture I want to install in my dining room but I want to uninstall it and sell it later.

Is that possible?

Yup! Sculptures are one of the many pieces of furniture which, once installed, have the little "uninstall" button; there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to install it then, once you're ready, uninstall and sell it.

Yeah what brcruchairman said, Just pressed that uninstall button and get the old and boring  sculpture out the base and sell and then put that brand spanking new one in and you're set
