(A16 unstable) error when trying to trade with a wanderer

Getting an error when trying to trade with a wanderer. Very very early colony, a few days old at the most, no trade beacon at first, spawned one in and got the same result.

Same error issue.
Here is the output_log (named for convenience or reference) and here is a screenshot.

Scenario:

I selected to buy two joints from the trader for my colony.
The trade fails, but the trader takes my silver despite my not receiving joints.
Error message also occurs.
