(A16 unstable) Caravan bug

Tribal bulk goods caravan arrive.
I sell some leathers and stone blocks.
I buy a kevlar helmet.
I click accept.
Transaction seems to go through, but the trade window does not exit. I click accept again and get the errors you see in the background. Pressing Esc closes the window and game resumes as normal.
I get all the silver for my leather and blocks, but I do not get the helmet. I didn't have to pay for the helmet.

I try selling other items: I can.
I try buying other items: I cannot.

Another trade caravan arrived pretty much the same time as this one (what luck).
I cannot buy or sell from the second caravan.

I go back to the first caravan. I cannot buy from that one anymore ether (or sell).

I saved and quit and will not reopen in case a dev has interest in it.
