Help making a music mod

Hello, I'm a music maker and I want to make a mod that inserts new original songs into the game's playlist. I don't have any experience coding and I've looked into trying to figure out how technically to add the tracks but it's very difficult for me. I imagine for someone with more experience it would be quite easy. I'm asking if anyone is interesting in helping with the technical side if I produced the music.
