In the clothing stats it shows now also the letter "D" ?

It means that you got it from a dead body; it gives the colonist that wears it a negative mood modifier.

As FlyingTurtle says, "dead man's apparel" is a new feature for A16, and any such apparel is marked with a letter "D" to distinguish them apart. So a new feature, not a bug.

I will close this thread now as a non-bug.
