Btw, maybe it shouldn't be allowed to sell naked slaves in cold areas? Seems like they just die after you sold them and they hang out with the slavers.

Can confirm. I had this happen with cryptosleep caskets in an ancient monument. Accidentally rescued two and captured two. The two that I rescued were placed in my regular hospital, but the doctors would not treat them and I could not order them to. I had to capture them then I was able to treat them.

Can confirm this too. I have a rescued pawn in the hospital who ist slowly bleeding to death (see attached savegame).
There's also no option to choose the quality of medical treatment.
