Did Prepare Carefully make it in?

If you're asking whether the mod was made vanilla as of A16, the answer is no.

Yes, there is an updated version of Prepare Carefully that was working with the unstable branch at least. You may need to download it separately.

edit: now that i'm home it looks like the unstable branch version hasn't been updated for the final release. I imagine it'll be fixed up soon.

Probably complicated mods like these will be included in the release version of the game, not alpha. This is because if they included them now they would have to update the code constantly, but if they include them in the release mods will do the job for them. -.-

Toggling animals following drafted colonists IS included though, which is an enormous QoL improvement and long overdue. Cheers to Tynan!
