Renaming Penoxycyline

Rename Penoxycyline to what?

Tropicyline (due to most diseases being from the tropics )
Better-Feel Pills ( to match Go-Juice )
Sick-Stopper (same as above)
Don't change it

So, Penoxycyline doesn't really fit into the game that well, so I'm suggesting some name changes.
