[Mod Request] Getting rid of items

Hello.

Is it possible to make mod that will work like trading, but instead you can do it anytime you want and you will just launch items into space ? Just getting rid of them through the trading menu, to lower your wealth or get rid of useless items. I usually use developer tools like destroy or clear 21x21 area to get rid of items I don't want. I always haul many items ( even though I recycle some of them like clothing and weapons ) but still end up with tons of stuff.
