sterile tile research

I think sterile tile should require research.

The fact that i can make a room sterile, but can't make a carpet seems a little odd.

therefore, we should have research for woodworking because our colonists can apparently build perfect wooden floors with finish and sealant with only wood??

carpet making is a craft on it's own, putting sterile tiles and wood- not so much.
