Recieve Update Emails but RimWorld Creative Invalid Login

My main email recieves the emails whenever there is an update. I believe the game was purchased through this email for this exact reason, and it is attributed with the Name in game tier. This was back around July 7th (at least that's the earliest email I have).

"Thanks for purchasing RimWorld - Name in Game. Your payment has now cleared. Here's your personal download link:"

However, my problem comes when I try to log into "http://rimworldgame.com/creative" everytime I type in my information it gives me an error code. When I go to recover my information if I type in my email that recieves the download link emails it simply sits there and does not send an email to it. If I put in my account name it successfully sends, but my email account NEVER gets the reset password email. I've checked all spam, promotional, social, and ETC filters. I am unsure what to do, and any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Though an actual mod/dev support to help fix this would be fantastic as well if that is possible.

Hey, sorry this didn't get answered yet.  Try sending an email to Tynan ([email protected]) explaining the issue.  He's the only one with access to fix the Creative Rewards system.
