Implement gender-differentiated hediff chance curves

Of all the things I would expect Tynan to be on top of, gender differences in disease onset is one of them. Why do both genders get the same ChanceCurve for every disease? Many diseases have significant differences in diagnosis between the genders.

I feel like it's just one of those things that's not super high priority for him. Not that I have the right to speak for him ::)

I do agree, though. It would be interesting for gender to hold more meaning with regards to age-related disease.

Males -> More prone to heart disease, and suddenly dropping dead
Females -> More prone to osteoporosis (back back/frail), which means you're looking at a less efficient colonist in the future

Just my thoughts.
