Animals be able to feed themselves from unharested hay/plants

Hay plant is 0.05 nutrition, but it yields around 20 hay which is 1 nutrition. Its a weird thing that if an animal eats the hay plant when its 100% mature it gets 0.05 nutrition instead of the whole 1 nutrition.

The idea is that the plants nutrition is directly related to their maturity, so when animals eat them they get properly fed. It also would enable us to have some pastures instead of having to harvest them.
