Edit Pawn Kind loadout?

I'm wanting to give raiders different loadouts/extra clothes, where would I go to do this if it's for a mod-added faction? Is such a thing even possible?

1) patch mod
2) hook pawn spawns and redress pawns

everything is possible, it's all about how much time you can spend on implementation, if you have 5 minutes and anything above "too long" then it's not possible.

Swarx, i think you should investigate faction mod's. Most of them let their faction spawn with faction appareal/weapons.
Once you know how it work's you can patch the raider's loadout.
