Hello, So I have colonized one Hexagon in the world that is covered by water on all sides expect one. That hexagon that is bordering my hexagon is mountaionus. I have an exit called South East, yet when I try to send somone out. IT says "Could not find any valid exit location". Even though I have told them to go South East! Can someone help me please?

There are two kinds of mountains - one of them is impassible. Click it, find out.
If it's not impassible then it's a bug.
If it is impassible, then you're stuck between a rock and a hard place, literally.

I'd never met an iterator I liked....until Zhentar saved me.

Can you confirm:

1. What terrain type is your colony on?
2. What terrain is the world tile you're trying to exit into?
3. What direction is it described as?
4. Is any side of your local colony map covered in mountains? Is the south side a giant solid mountain, perhaps?

I suspect that the giant mountain is blocking your exit.

The caravan should be able to choose any exit side if the preferred one is blocked by walls or rock.

You just need to dig through the mountains until you can reach the map edge in this direction. Then you will be able to send caravans. Thanks for reporting though.
