[Mod Request] Subset area and Master mode button

Rimworld has the mechanic which select only one area for colonists and animals.
1. It can to be changed to set each subset area and to enable multiple subset area to union area. this subset area is no need to be distinguish for human or animal.
2. Master mode button/icon in main screen. when enemy has come, player should press just this one button/icon to change many settings which enabled subset areas, colonist loadout and etc.
