Good afternoon.

I'd like to change it so that everyone is capable of doing everything. Any tips on where to look or what i should change

So i went into worktypedefs and changed the required capable line to false and that didn't work so i deleted it and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

useless colonists are part of the fun,  not everyone can do everything,  the backstories are what determine what a colonist can and can't do, modding that out takes a huge chunk of the game's balance out

Honestly in a survival scenario if someone didn't want to do a job because "i don't want to do it" then i would feed them to the wolves. i can understand not having the skills to do a job though.

anyway i figured out that if you remove the work tag then it basically removes the in-capabilities

the work tag is a somewhat critical part of the game,  how is your game not giving you a red error on starting?  without the work tag there is nothing telling the game what skills a colonist needs to do a job and what skills to give XP to for doing that job
