[A16] Cannot form caravan.

I've been using the caravan system to mine for resources in the surrounding hexes.  I've got abandoned settlements completely surrounding my base.  So when I tried to form a new caravane I'm told that I need to select a direction to depart.  Except I have no options to choose from.  Not sure if this is a bug or just a design flaw.

Abandoned bases are impassable in A16 so it looks like you're stuck. This will be fixed in the next release. Thanks for reporting.
