I find anything medical related to be a gamble. You think your ready to install high end bionics but really you end up killing 3 godlike people. Then the carrot farmer who just showed up and can barly plant carrots without failing gets luck with all the bionics.

Just like before A16, "use glitterworld medicine".
The only difference is that now, not using glitterworld medicine has a significantly increased mortality rate.
