dev tools instant build

I noticed in the dev mod that if you select god mode you get instant building and no resource cost.
Is it possible to have this without the free resource cost?

I feel like this would be difficult to code/memory intensive, removing x resources from your stockpiles as you click. Easier for you to just delete the materials manually since you're using the dev tool anyways.

Tynan isnt gonna spend resources on this (ha irony), this would be better served as a mod maybe.
