Resource: Animal Sound Database

My search wasn't able to dig out something comparable, so...

...it's a VERY comprehensive, rather academical database. Since they have migrated, they apparently still haven't figured out some of the... UI problems, though. How sad...
That might a little bit annoying if you're looking for something specific from the start-page, but the advanced search tool provides a whole array of options even a taxonomist couldn't complain about. Just make sure you actually press the "binocular" search button at the bottom.

Be warned, though: Since it's some sort of zoological record or catalogue, most of the sound-files seem to have an according, spoken "index-preface".
If cutting that out is too much work, you should probably look in another database (like I did before I remembered there was something like this). But with those other DBs, you probably can't be so sure that it's really the species you're looking for, compared to MacaulayLibrary? ;)
