Distinguish between female and male body?

Hey guys.
I am looking for a hint on how the game distinguishes between male and female in their body types.
Since females are able to have another body shape for the average body, it should be possible to extend this on all body shapes (fat, hulk, thin).
I want to give it a try, but i just can't find where the game handles different body shapes based on gender.
