Animal Psychic Emitter

I have an idea for a mod that I don't think I have the talent to bring to life. I'm wondering if anyone would like to take the idea and run with it. I'd like to have a small structure (2x2 or 3x3) that is powered and emits a psychic pulse to animals on the map. While on, the animals would attack any hostile threats that show up on the map. For balance purposes maybe once the mind control ends or is interrupted there is a 10% chance for each animal to go mad / manhunt. Thoughts?

Hey KentheCleric, have you ever used the Animal Insanity Pulser in game? It might be similar to what you're imagining, so that code could be a good place to start. If you have a decompiler it's RimWorld.CompAnimalInsanityPulser. Check it out and see if you can rework the functionality into a building.
