Person I sold into slavery is showing up in Priorities

I captured and recruited a guy.  Later he had a mental breakdown and left the colony.  I arrested him to try and re-recruit him.  The game was telling me I needed more colonist beds but I just ignored it.

Later a slave ship showed up so I decided to sell the guy (and 3 others).  After selling him, the game was still telling me to make more colonist beds, and now the guy was showing up in the Priorities tab.

This is Alpha 409 (3d I believe)

Edit: Loading the save seemed to fix it.
