Name in Game Still Awaiting Aproval

Basically I purchased the name in game access now a little over a month ago. I filled out all the information and got the registration email to finish it all off. At this time I can check my creation on the page however even when I have checked it over and over again it still says "Awaiting review." I have not gotten any emails about it or anything to tell me if there is something wrong or something went wrong it has just been silent. It is not really an urgent issue but perhaps I missed something about how long it would take I just assumed I would have revived some feedback within a month. Any help appreciated.

New entries for name in game and such will normally be reviewed when they are about to be entered into the game.
This will normally be done only with a new alpha release.
As the alpha 17 release will take a while still, you have to be patient, sorry.
