Pods stuck over launch site

My pods quite simply launch but don't travel on the map

I have been traveling from my original landing site to the ship event by launching drop pods and creating extra colonies. I had traveled about half way when my pods stopped traveling on the map. I can still travel and create new colonies via caravan though. Also I am aware that it's suggested to only have one colony but I was attempting something new.

[edit] When I launch pods from this colony the game also slows down for several seconds much like when there is a large fire

I am running the following mods:
EdB Prepare carefully
I Can fix it
Realistic darkness lighter version
add hairs
Cheaper components
Where is rich soil
Fishindustry
RT Fuse
Trading spot
Rimsinal - Rimhair
Temperature gauge
HugsLib
Look at me I'm the doctor now
Psychology
Furnace
Camping stuff

While I realize that yes, this is quite a list. I have tested this with all mods enabled on other colonies and everything works just fine. What I suspect is happening is that the pods somehow think the colony cap has been reached even though I only have one active one, having abandoned the old ones.

I desperately hope someone could point to a mod and just say remove that because I was really enjoying my little jaunt and have become very close with my colonists, even though Nim is a slut and Old man Manual died because of his weak heart. I adore them all.
