[mod request/idea] hopper loaded mortors?

I'm not sure if a mod like this exists yet or not, I only got the idea while messing with XML files, and i feel that this requires a custom DLL (if I'm wrong I would love to know)

the idea is this: A new hopper that can be loaded with shells to "auto load" the mortars without having to have a worker constantly load the thing and just sit their firing. The end goal being to use this as a launch off point for an expended ammo driven manned turret mod and learn to code a bit.
