C++ programs for muppets :O

Hi i was wondering if there are any other C++ programs for noobs like me who never moded anything ;p

I was following the fuel generator tutorial but i cant get viusalstudio to install, are there any other programs I could use ?

Somthing that doesnt have anything to do with microsoft would be best ;p

During your search, I think you should be looking for C# and not C++
