After neutering or spaying, can the action be undone? Basically repair their sexual organs.

At the moment? No, it cannot be undone. But I could add a way through bionics/prosthetics or something if people would like.

I edited fluffy's version for myself, added an item def for reproductive organs and also made all natural body parts rottable because why not

I hate to dreg up old threads. However, I am in desperate need of this mod, and I see there's an update for it on Steam, but since I've made up in my mind not to connect another game through there... is there any non-steam update available for us to grab for B18? My animal population is getting a lot harder to manage with multiple litters of pups and not enough traders coming through to sell them off to...
