[A16]Colonist Bar Gone

So my colonist bar is gone. Pressing the button at the button to make it show does nothing, changing resolution does nothing. Loading or resetting brings up the game without the colonist bar still. Its happened to me before and I had to load a much earlier game to fix. It didnt happen again until now, weeks later. Any idea for a fix?

Edit: I just added a mod named: colonist bar by killface(https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=729908976&searchtext=Colonist+bar) AFTER this trouble started and i wasnt able to access anything in game for a long time, as if the log was loading too many exceptions to let me open menus, even though it made the noise when you open menus.

Well....not only does the moody mod not show colonists outside my first colony(even though current picture is of second colony so without colonist bar i cant switch back between colonies anymore) but now my screen has become death. This happened last time and a loading seemed to fix it, but now all of my saves are affected and loading doesnt bring back the bar.

This is a bit of a messy report, and you seem to have split the log file in two, with the mod list posted in the 2nd post. So first thing to request is for you to please post your full, untouched, log file as a file attachment.

Secondly, can you please confirm whether or not the colonist bar is present when you start a new, un-modded game. If you have not tried that yet then can you please do so (so it can be determined if this problem is happening in vanilla or not). Same goes for the corrupted colours that are on display in your screenshot. Does this happen in a new in-modded game or not.

Finally, I have moved this to mod bugs (until it can be confirmed, or not, as a vanilla error),and I have edited your posts to place the contents of the error log inside a code box (for neatness). Although your full log file as an attachment is still requested.
