My pawns disappeared, I had around 20. Anyone know what is going on?

also some newly built structures has disappeared, only the floor is left.

Can you please:-

1 - Post your full log file as an attachment, and not just a screenshot of the in-game log. As the actual log file contains a lot more pertinent info compared to the in-game log. Details on where to find you log file can be found in the following thread https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=513.0 .

1a - Confirm whether or not you are using any mods (if you post the above log file then you can skip this, as your mod list will be in the log file).

1b - If you are using mods, then have you added or removed any mods from this particular game?

2 - Post a save game file where this issue is occurring. IF the file is too big too attach (adter compressing it), then you will need to host the file with a third party service and then post the download link (GoogleDrive, Mega, Zippyshare).

3 - Confirm whether you have made any alterations to the save file, or used a mod / utility that has. Such as Zhentar's Experimental Performance & Memory Fixes https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=30114.0

I have also moved this thread to mod bugs (for now), as that seems to be the most likely cause right now (it will be moved back to bugs if a vanilla bug is confirmed).
