All but 4 pawns disappeared, including all items, most furniture / structure etc

Trying to load a permadeath game I saved last night, and my save now fails to load on "Loading assets.." phase.

Upon disabling Fluffy's Work Tab (which appears to throw the crashing exception, from my limited knowledge glance at the logs) the save loads, but:

• my 18 pawns have been reduced to 4
• all of my items (food, weapons, storage) are gone
• *most* of my structures, workstations and such are gone, some vanilla and some modded remain (all modded items are still in the menus and able to be re-designated)

Notes:

• I'm using a fair few mods, should be listed in the output_log and the ModListBackup included
• The save uses both Zhentar's Experimental Performance & Memory Fixes and World Pawn GC

Not sure what other info I should include, please let me know if anything else is needed.
