[HELP] Hardcore SK Research Tree

Can you tell me how to research the 'batteries' on Hardcore SK? I just can't seem to find it on the research tree O.O
I tried to search online too but i didn't find any information.

the basic battery research is under "electronics basics" comrade

Glassworking > Fiberglass > Electronics Basics
