1) When I deconstruct the Flatscreen and Megascreen Television both don't give any resource back, they just disappear, this does not happen with the Tube Television.

2) In the Star squire backstory the description says "Born on a medieval word". I believe that "Word" is supposed to be "World".

Oh, and a possible third issue; Equipment Rack and Plant Pot don't have beauty factor, despite the quality that both got.

The flatscreen and megascreen TVs can not be "built" like the tube TV.
If I understand how things work, that means that they have no "required materials" and therefore produce a percentage of null when deconstructed.
Uninstalling these devices gives you a minified flatscreen or megascreen TV to store, sell, or install elsewhere.
As-is, disabling the ability to deconstruct these valuable devices may be nice.
(Though I thought you already could not deconstruct these devices outside of dev mode?)

Yup, that looks like a typo to me.

IIRC, the "quality" of a plant pot or equipment rack, once minified, modifies the sale value of the item.
