Revenge Raiding/Retaliation

It sounds pretty simple and it mostly is:
After the raid by an enemy faction if they stole your stuff or a pawn a notification will pop up of where base they went to (should be closet one of that faction) and there would be 3 options.
1.Form caravan to location
2.Mark location (Leads to 3)
3.Close
I would be surprised if this isn't already in the Alpha 17 build.
