[A17] New Arrivals Pre-Industrial Start

Very simple mod. Adds a variant of the New Arrivals faction that can be chosen from in the scenario editor. This faction is the same as the core version, but does not come with Electricity research or any of the branching research pre-researched. Good for slow starts or people using mods that add to the pre-industrial content of Rimworld.

This isn't a scenario, AW. It's a mod that adds a new faction that can be *used* in scenarios. Hence, the announcement is in the right place already.

So to be sure on what you mean, NO research been done, right?
Looking for a faction to start that has NO research done :P

I have found great fun in starting games on the poles with Randy Random Extreme with tribals, but it always bordered me that they already have some research done...
