For example, a doctor can practice their medical knowledge in Trauma Vendor to make sure they don't forget anything during those long months with no injuries.
The skill point gain shouldn't cause colonists to gain levels, but there is an optional patch file that prevents any skill point gain if you would prefer to use it.
and I added it so people would understand that there are points gained, but it is a feature of the base game and not something new.

Darkness Ambience Mod : A simple mod that changes the light levels during the nights. It makes nights much darker, sometimes completely dark (in storms) and is done mostly for aesthetic reasons
EdB Interface : A user interface mod for RimWorld that makes a few adjustments to the default game interface.
EdB Mod Order : Replaces the Mods menu with a new version that lets you move your mods up or down in the list to specify the order in which they should load.
EdB Prepare Carefully : Customize your RimWorld colonists, choose your gear and prepare carefully for your crash landing.  The mod's point-based system tries to balance things out so that you don't overdo it, but spend your available points on additional colonists.

Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering 1.41 : Gives you the ability to craft your own prostheses and artificial organs. Starting with basic prostheses like a peg leg or a hook hand, Simple prostheses like the vanilla ones and some new, bionic body parts and even advanced bionics made out of a new, valuable material: Vancidium.
Extended Woodworking : This mod extends trees so that they drop different types of wood. It also allows you to paint wood into 6 different colours (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, White, Black) which you can use to build various things.
Factions - There be pirates! Yarr! : Add new faction for your game!
Fast Floors V1.3 : This mod increases the walk speed of colonists on paved floors and wood floors and pretty much everything except carpet. Some increase it more than others.
Floor Lights : Lights (lamps) that are integraded into the ground. These lamps are so advanced that their power cable is hidden under the ground or the floor so people won't trip on it.
GG! : Managed to reach 50 Colonists? Survived 3 raiders assaults in a row? - show the world and hit the RimWorld GG-Button! (G on your keyboard!)
Hospitality : Allows your colonists to convince visitors to join your faction! Of course there is a price to pay. Should you be successful, it will annoy the visitor's faction.
Industrialisation : Adds some heavy industries to the game, e.g. concrete, mine, nuclear power plant and new trader ship "deep space mining ship".
Laser Weapons : Adds in 6 laser guns : Laser SMG, Chain Laser, Multi Laser, Laser Pistol, Laser Assault Rifle, and a Laser Sniper Rifle. You can also craft them after research.
Log Walls : Simply brings back the old log walls from Alpha 4.
Mad Skills : Turns off natural skill degradation.
Mechanical Defence 2 : Add new and wonderful technologies for your colony : from autonomous droids to do your every bidding to coal-burning power generators, you'll find all your technological thirsts satiated
Medical Training v1.0 : Lets you train your doctors by having them practise on corpses. They'll get roughly 2,000 XP per corpse (when learning at 1.0x).
Miscellaneous w MAI : Collection of small items of various kinds. Short Overview: MAI, Tactical Computer, Nano Storage 'n' Replication, Weapon Base, Draining Pump, Trader, Artefact, Anomaly, Rumors of Ruins, Colonist Positioning 'n' Groups, BrainPals Short Overview - Vanilla Enhanced: Trader, Colonist Positioning, BrainPals, Artefact, Tactical Computer, Anomaly, Rumor of Ruins, WeaponBase; optional: MAI, Animals

Pawn State Icons : Shows small health-tracking icons near all of your colonists and prisoners.
Plasma Weapons : Adds a variety of weapons. Those weapons fire plasma bullets: Plasma Pistol, Plasma Sniper Rifle, Plasma Assault Rifle, Heavy Plasma, Plasma SMG, and Scatter Shot. Overall the weapons tend to do more damage but have less range.
Refrigerated Food Storage : Replaces the vanilla hopper with a refrigerated one. Adds a Food Tray Rack that keeps prepared meals fresh.
Ricinus Seeds : Adds the highly poisonous ricinus seed, Want to get rid of a prisoner or all of your prisoners, but don't like the negative debuffs it gives you? Just kill them passively, by poisoning them with the ricinus seed.
Right Tool For The Job v1.13  Adds 3 types of tools to the game to speed up specific areas of a colonists work speed. Pickaxes to make a colonist mine faster, Axes to make a colonist chop down trees faster, and Hammers to make colonists build faster
Riley's All in One Crafting Mod. : Here is a Crafting mod that I put together to help make the game more replayable and better with mods, It uses Steel Bars, Plasteel Bars, Metals, Meats (of the Human type)...
Rimfire (v1.5) : Adds twenty-six pistols, SMGs, carbines, shotguns, rifles, machineguns, sniper rifles and grenade launchers to Rimworld.
Rimsenal Guns and beyond : Adds a variety of futuristic weapons and armors that split into four companies theme. Each equipments have unique characteristic as their manufacturers.
Rimworld Zombie Apocalypse (v. 1.3) : Add Zombies, an enemy that has truly unique behavior in the world of Rimworld, and adds new challenges to the game when fighting them.
RT Mods RT Storage : Adds new upgradeable storage solutions based around the concept of "quantum stockpiles" / RT Fusebox: Introduces ways to protect against or lessen the impact of various negative incidents.
RTG's : Adds a new power generator to the game : RTG (Radioisotope thermoelectric generator). It uses Uranium as part of it's building requirement and produces a steady amount of power at all times(750w of power). Since it is an RTG, it also produces heat. You'll need to keep the room it is in cool otherwise it will cause fires / Also adds an ASRG (Advanced Stirling radioisotope generator). It requires a heck of a lot of research and produces 1250w of power.
Simple Meat Substitute Mod : Adds another cultivated plant type. Enabling colonists to cultivate mycoprotein based crops for use in meals or as a standalone foodstuff. - It is a low yield and slow growing crop.
Small Nutrient Paste Dispensers : Each dispenser is an overwrite of the vanilla paste dispenser. They will replace the original. (Only in size and design, Function remains the same). Important Notes: Only Activate One!
Small Walls Halfwalls, Curbs, and Stairs (and Hedges) HalfWalls : They are similar to sandbags. Can be shot over. Decorational or can provide cover to colonist or turrets. Transmit Power. Uses Can be shot over, do not transmit power. Stairs: Slows people down
Stonecutting Tweak : Adds separate bills for the different stone types to the stonecutting table to allow use of the "Do until you have X" crafting option.
Suicide Bomb : Time bomb added!!! adds suicide bomb and time bomb to the game. Tip for the time bomb: once planted time bomb will detonate in about 6s, so HAUL ASS!!! plz practice before use ;)
Superior Crafting v0622b : With Superior Crafting, you start with minimal items you can build, and must research your way up to the more advanced items.  The production chain is also enhanced, so that crafting plays a larger role
Target Practise v2.0 : Adds a modular shooting range so you can build one to fit the needs of your colony. Also adds training dummies.
Teleportation : Add a resource teleportation platform. This will help you transport resources from far away into your base.
Temperature Control v2.4 : Currently included : A small fan , A small heater , An industrial sized heater for warming up large areas, An industrial sized cooler for cooling off large areas, And Heated floors

VeinMiner : Mine all the veins! Click on one visible ore cell and it will designate the whole vein for mining. Should work with any ore now. Added Mining Brush which allows one click circle mining designations. Added the Strip Miner - strip mining by dragging. use 8 4 5 6 to change spacing between the strips.

I edited a bit to make it more "digest" :) and use less characters (~17k/20k char. / to fit in the forum limits better as more mods will be updated to A11)

Seriously all props goes to InfinityKage  ;)
i just used a notepad++ script to cut some words and automatically replace other (like tags) before re-reading it for editing (takes me roughly 5min and i guess he had to spend a lot more time than that while listing all of that :p )

VeinMiner : Mine all the veins! Click on one visible ore cell and it will designate the whole vein for mining. Should work with any ore now. Added Mining Brush which allows one click circle mining designations. Added the Strip Miner - strip mining by dragging. use 8 4 5 6 to change spacing between the strips.

A message to everyone. I don't keep this list updated because I like to. I do it because no one else was and I thought it would be useful. I originally made this for my own personal use and decided to share it simply out of the kindness of my heart. That being said. If you think you can do it better than by all means let me know. I'll send you the spreadsheet I use and you can take over the mantel. I'm lazy as hell anyway and would love less work to do.

You do a good job. At current there is no better way to do this then what your doing now. Unless it became a rule that all mods require to comment on here or like include the update date on there title. I still believe these should be stickied as they provide a great help for people.
Perhaps steam integration will allow mods to be subscribed too. That's a bit off though :D :D

I'm working on porting it on a Google Drive spreadsheet atm
At first I was thinking about editing the wiki page but the first step is to establish a spreadsheet for easier editing and sorting. Mai by I'll do it after that.

Coming back to you all when it's "finished"

Also, should I start a new thread or post it there, as InfinityKage already said he doesn't want to do that indefinitely?
