Can anyone help identify which mod is causing this 10 jobs in 10 ticks error

I found someone having a similar issue and it might be mod related, the 10 jobs in 1 tick issue that requires me to alt-tab and eventually results in a crash, any help in identifying and solving would be greatly appreciated

Edit: my performance is also degrading the further I progress, takes longer to load save files and i start experience freezing\crashing quicker than it was previously
