[A17] Growing Zones 'combine'

This is a very minor bug (I think)
I have two growing zones set to different plants (rice and potatoes). When I double click on Growing Zone 1 (the bottom one), both growing zones are highlighted and the info box displays Growing Zone 1, but the plant tool has no plant selected (it should be potatoes since that is what GZ1 is set to).
If I drag over the GZ1 to select it, the plant tool has potatoes selected as expected, and only GZ1 is highlighted.

Not a bug.

When two or more fields with different plants are selected, you'll see the "select plant to grow" icon rather than what's growing there.
This only happens if different plants are used, and if you select two rice-fields for instance, you'll see "plant: rice plant" instead.

Working as intended.
