A17 Melee Bug?

Sup Guys!

I fired up a new game yesterday after a buddy told me about the new patch.  I noticed something strange when I was using melee on a downed thrumbo with a couple of pawns.  My skill points for melee were actually decreasing for one of the characters and the other character's skillpoints were doing nothing at all.  Is this some sort of feature I haven't noticed before or is this a bug?

Can you also please confirm if you are using any mods, and if so what they are called.

You no longer receive melee xp for attacking downed targets so it's working as intended. Thanks for reporting anyway.
