Searching for a mod: assign job (bill)

Hi!

I recently started playing again after a year, and i had a mod (from this forum) that allowed to assign specific colonists for bills. For example, i had two same skilled crafters but i only allowed crafting assault rifles for one of them.

Sadly i can't remember the mod's name, if You do, please post the thread link for me. Thanks!
