new A17 mods Help

hello
so i download few A17 mods and put them in the mods Folder.
when i run RimWorld and go to Mods to activate them , they are in Red Color and its not recognize them.

i have RimWorld A17 build 1546 from May 22 2017
are all this mods need to be in build 1529 ?
or i'm doing something wrong ?
