Not that it would have changed anything, but why do you use flammable materials for the walls?  Doesn't Zzzt! cause you problems?
Two tiers of construction jobs.  One for expensive/quality items, and one for walls/floors/etc.

The base wasn't finished at that moment. Prison wasn't ready. Workshop too. Sooner or later I would set in stone all the base.
