Game is really laggy and I don't know why.

Not sure if it's mods or just that there's too many colonists. But I'm having a weird bug where anything that moves is being really laggy and glitchy, like moving from point a to b and getting to b but glitching back to a. Or just going insane and glitching all over the map in a second.
